The Relationship Study Of Knowledge Governance Mechanism And Knowledge Governance Performance Of High-tech Enterprise

In the 21st century,the success of an enterprise increasingly depend on its own knowledge resources,therefore,carrying out knowledge activities have became a common organization behavior.But according to the survey data shows that most enterprises' knowledge practices didn't achieve the intended purpose.Scholars widely believe that the causes giving rise to the condition is that our understanding of the relationship between knowledge and organization is not thorough.As research continues,the knowledge governance theory gradually emerges which considers the relationship between knowledge and organization from the institution level,and become the focus in the academic circles.Although,domestic and overseas scholars often carry out researches about knowledge governance around two military aspects: knowledge governance mechanism and knowledge governance performance.But the research which discusses the relationship between knowledge and organization is relatively lack,especially of the empirical researches that bring in mediation or moderate variables have obvious shortage.And compared with the general enterprise,the high-tech enterprises' need of knowledge is more urgently.On this background this paper tries to study the relationship between knowledge governance mechanism and knowledge governance performance of high-tech enterprise,and consider the mediate effect of knowledge creation process.First,based on the literature review on the knowledge governance,knowledge governance mechanism,knowledge creation and knowledge governance performance,we proposed the concept and structure of this paper.Second,we reviewed and summarized the previous related researches.And on the basis,it elaborates the weak points of existing study and provides the theoretical model and research hypotheses of this study.And finally,through the empirical analysis of 154 valid questionnaires,we test the research hypotheses proposed in this paper and draw the following conclusions:(1)The whole of knowledge governance mechanism was significantly and positively correlated with knowledge governance performance,and different dimensions of knowledge governance mechanism have different degree of positive effects on knowledge governance performance's dimension.(2)The whole of knowledge governance mechanism was significantly and positively correlated with knowledge creation process,and different dimensions of knowledge governance mechanism have different degree of positive effects on knowledge creation processes' dimension.(3)Knowledge creation process was significantly and positively correlated with knowledge governance performance,and different dimensions of knowledge creation process have different degree of positive effects on knowledge governance performance's dimension.(4)Knowledge creation process plays a full mediating effect between the three dimensions ofknowledge governance mechanism and knowledge governance performance.(5)Different types of knowledge governance system have a significant difference effect on knowledge creation process and knowledge governance performance.Based on the above research conclusions,this paper puts forwards a series of countermeasures and suggestions for the setting and rational preparation the knowledge governance mechanism and the improvement of knowledge governance performance of high-tech enterprises.
