An Investigation Report About The Effect Of VC Post Investment Management Network On Its Performance

In the study of post investment management,most scholars focus on the effect of venture capital and post investment management,post investment management dilemma and countermeasures,post investment management behavior,the influence of post investment management on the value added of venture enterprises,the guiding role of venture enterprises,and the research on the relationship between the performance and the performance of venture capital and the monitoring management after investment.At present,there are few researches on the impact of the post investment management on the performance of venture capital and the mechanism of the investment.The research method of this paper is supplemented by empirical analysis.This research continued for half a year,the main research methods adopted the literature research method,questionnaire survey method,empirical research results and semi-structured interview.The MIT Research Institute and the South China University of Technology private equity research team decided to do the research design including research,development,research content and outline determine the research object,design questionnaire,the research way and collect questionnaire validate research results.Before and after the questionnaire survey,we did semi-structured interviews with VC to modify the questionnaire to confirm the results of the survey.It is proved that the post investment management network helps to improve the investment performance and exit rate of venture capital institutions,It is also helpful to the operation mechanism of enterprises,the rationalization and standardization of the strategy.According to the present situation of the domestic venture capital industry heavy investment in light of management,we put forward the policy recommendations to the government,venture capital,venture enterprise,suggest that the government should set up perfect supervision mechanism,clear VC regulatory objectives,venture capital should take the initiative to cooperate with other venture capital institutions,to establish a good reputation for the core network,entrepreneurial enterprises should accept VC after obtaining financing to help complete the corresponding performance goals,to achieve win-win sharing,promote the development of the domestic economy.
