Along with our country market economy unceasing development and the continuous improvement of the market mechanism,the competition between enterprises is increasingly fierce,the competition among enterprises is essentially the competence of market,and Sales staff plays an extremely important role in this battle.Therefore,sales staff as an important resource of enterprise,how to carry on the effective management and incentive is the problem which enterprise and managers must to solve.As an important part in human resources management,appraisal could be a critical tool to guideline employees' behaviors,and to stimulate their creative and innovation.As a whole,designing and building the performance appraisal system of sales staff is the important way to improve the overall performance and to achieve sustainable development of enterprises.In this article,sales staffs from XG company is selected as the research object and their performance appraisal system are analyzed and optimized.This paper first analyzes the performance evaluation related theory,laid a theoretical foundation to the research of this paper.Secondly,relay on the method of questionnaire survey,it summarizes XG company sales staff of the current main problems of performance appraisal.Then on the company performance evaluation based on the analysis of the problem,draw lessons from the idea of BSC and KPI build XG company sales staff performance appraisal system,using the balanced scorecard method,on the company's sales staff from the financial dimension,the customer dimension,internal business process dimension and learning and growth dimension four aspects set up performance evaluation index,then using the analytic hierarchy process to performance appraisal indexes weight distribution,and verified the consistency,using the fuzzy evaluation method,set up the performance evaluation standard,establish employee performance improvement plan.Finally,on the aspects of the performance appraisal of atmosphere build,performance appraisal,training and other supporting measures we give some suggestions for the perfection of performance appraisal system.In this paper,through the optimization of XG company sales staff of the existing performance evaluation method,evaluation indexes and performance plan implementation,etc,to make sales staff performance evaluation more reasonable and effective.Also it can improve organizational performance and individual performance,and lay solid foundation to achieve its strategic goals.At the same time we hope that through this article research,it can offer a certain reference significance in the same industry sales personnel performance appraisal work.
