Sales staff plays a significant role in private enterprise management activities, how to effectively manage the sales staff in private enterprises and improve their job performance is the key to obtain operating profit and achieve the sales target for a private enterprise. To establish a scientific performance management system, can help sales staff to further clear work objectives and direction and overcome obstacles and difficulties encountered in the sales.By doing this, their working enthusiasm would be improved, sales target and sales performance would be promoted. The Balanced Scorecard(BSC)?key performance indicators(KPI) and 360 of the three kinds of the future of enterprise performance evaluation system which are based on the management tools, are used by more and more enterprises from all over the world because with a set of strategy management and performance management of the effectiveness of the combination. This article uses the system theory and empirical research method of analysis, BSC, KPI and other theory in detail. Based on the description of the basic situation of a enterprise, summarizing the company general trait of sales personnel and investigating the current situation and problems of performance management. And then make interview and questionnaire as the basis, reference BSC and KPI construct the performance appraisal system of sales staff in a enterprise, the use of AHP to the weight distribution of the performance appraisal index system, and verify the consistency of. Then the implementation phase of the evaluation based on the evaluation results of performance feedback, diagnosis and improvement. During the research process, literature analysis, questionnaire survey, interviews, AHP, 360 degree method were used. Combining with the actual situation of the sales staff of A enterprise, article design and construct the performance appraisal system of sales personnel, contribute to the scheme of A enterprise development strategy in order to provide new ideas for research, at the same time the performance appraisal system of sales staff in private enterprises in China.
