Today,with the economic integration,the pace of China's opening to the outside world is gradually accelerating.China's commercial banks are gradually facing competition with commercial banks around the world.Rich and diversified competitors,increasingly standardized market rules and increasingly mature consumers will step by step intensify the competition between commercial banks in China.However,due to the limitations of our banking management system,our banks are always in a passive situation when facing the challenges of international counterparts.In recent years,China has also intensified the reform of commercial banks,and has adopted advanced human resources management theory to manage banks.It has begun to pay attention to the role of human resources management in bank management.It has tried to improve the performance level of banks through flexible human resources management means,mobilize the enthusiasm of bank staff,and improve the banking management system.As one of the core contents of human resource management,performance appraisal has been paid more and more attention by banks in recent years.How to construct a performance appraisal system in banking industry,and how to really implement it,mobilize the enthusiasm of employees and improve bank performance has become a common concern of the banking industry.This paper takes the counter staff of Bank A Shanxi Branch as the research object,this paper uses the literature analysis method,case analysis method and questionnaire survey method to study and analyze the counter personnel existing in the performance appraisal of bank A Shanxi Branch in the counter personnel for the performance appraisal,the performance Appraisal index is not comprehensive,the performance appraisal weight setting is unreasonable,The problem that the results of performance appraisal are not in place.Then it states the general situation of the counter personnel of Bank A Shanxi Branch,summarizes and analyses the current situation of the performance appraisal of the counter personnel,and uses the questionnaire survey method to analyze the shortcomings of the current performance appraisal of the counter personnel.In order to solve these problems,this paper combs the design ideas of performance appraisal scheme for counter personnel,designs the performance appraisal index system for counter personnel of Bank A Shanxi Branch based on the balanced scorecard,determines the weight of the index by Lidelphi...
