| With the development of network information and communication technology,in order to better cope with the new era of network environment changes,mobile digital transmission and computing market demand,the fourth generation of mobile communications(4G network)once the world has developed rapidly.At present,the largest domestic 4G project China Mobile has 4G base stations more than 1.1 million,nearly 300 million users,is the world’s largest 4G network operators,and has been formed in the domestic urban and rural network basic coverage.With the three major domestic mobile communications giant China Telecom,in order to optimize the competitiveness,increased investment in 4G network construction,in order to maintain their own competitive advantage.As China Telecom’s SZ Telecom,has also developed a regional 4G business development planning,4G network layout,and strive to expand 4G business.How to optimize the existing network,formulate an effective network project plan,analyze the risks existing in the construction and put forward the corresponding measures has become the key problem faced by SZ Telecom.Therefore,the paper studies the SZ Telecom’s 4G network construction Have practical meaning.Based on the background of China Telecom SZ 4G wireless network project construction,this paper analyzes the feasibility of its 4G network engineering project construction,puts forward the plan and implementation plan of its network engineering project,and analyzes the possible risks in the implementation of the project Factors,and developed a risk aversion to the plan and measures.This study provides guidance on the 4G wireless network project of China Telecom SZ,and also provides reference for other similar projects.The main contents of the paper include SZ Telecom 4G wireless network project overview,project management theory and method,SZ Telecom 4G wireless network project planning and implementation plan,4G wireless network project risk analysis and risk response program. |
