With the development of the global economy, technology is maturing, trade barriers have been reduced, and market competition is becoming more and more common.Enterprises have to face many challenges during the development. They need to make choices based on their own characteristics to achieve a sustained and stable situation.Enterprises need to internationalize, focus on the development and direction of the world economy and improve their competitiveness. This paper discusses two different ways, specialization and diversification,as the path of the internationalization for enterprises.By specialization, enterprises benefit from the accumulation of specialized production of technical and lower production costs. The risk is lower but the enterprises will always stay in the low-end of the value chain;on the other hand,,enterprises can share more profit form the value chain by diversification and try to get in different fields. But also that will lead to higher risk, since the success in different fields is not guaranteed. Therefore the choice of specialization and diversification has huge effect on enterprises' internationalization.Based on the data of Wanxiang Group,a two-stage route selection model is constructed with Nash bargaining to analyze the influence of each factor.By simulating numerically, the different path selection of the enterprise under different threshold conditions is obtained. The research of this paper provides a reference and guidance for the choice of internationalization path for enterprises.
