Research On The Internationalization Path Of Chinese Overseas Industrial Park Enterprises From The Perspective Of Dynamic Capabilities

In recent years,Chinese enterprises have actively responded to policy calls to move towards internationalization.As an important carrier of China’s "the Belt and Road" initiative,enterprises in overseas industrial parks face the dual problems of lack of experience and turbulence abroad in the process of internationalization.This article will combine theory with practice to provide theoretical support for such enterprises to overcome internationalization challenges.This article is based on the theory of dynamic capabilities and the theory of progressive internationalization,and from the perspective of dynamic capabilities,conducts a case study on the internationalization path of Holley Group,a Chinese overseas industrial park enterprise.Firstly,through literature review,determine the relationship between dynamic capability theory and internationalization path.Secondly,using the exploratory single case study method,the basic mode of the internationalization path of Holley Group is deeply coded and analyzed,and the mechanism of dynamic capabilities in its internationalization process is studied.A theoretical model of the internationalization path is gathered and key influencing factors are analyzed.Finally,based on the theoretical model,propose inspiration and suggestions for the internationalization path selection of Chinese overseas industrial park enterprises.The study found that enterprises in overseas industrial parks use dynamic capabilities to act on market selection and entry modes by "opportunity identification-opportunity exploration-opportunity development" and "resource patching-resource arrangement-resource reconstruction",respectively.The formation of independent and unique PIP internationalization mode can help to form an internationalization path suitable for themselves.In addition,in the PIP model,the policy orientation of the home country,the size and degree of competition of the target market,geographical and cultural distance,the heterogeneous resources of the enterprise itself,the choice of internationalization strategy,and the policy environment of the target market are key influencing factors on the internationalization path of the enterprise at the cognitive and behavioral levels.The research conclusion not only has guiding significance for the future international expansion of Holley Group,but also provides universal experience and reference for overseas industrial park enterprises in China.
