National "13th Five-Year Plan" proposed that innovation must be the core of national development,and strive to achieve theoretical innovation,technological innovation,institutional innovation,cultural innovation and coordinated development.Colleges and universities are the backbone of scientific and technological innovation,the technology provided by the promotion of China's scientific and technological innovation in the national innovation system has an important position.High-tech led the development of high-tech industry,representing a country's scientific and technological competitiveness.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the effect of university patent output on high-tech industry.By analyzing the existing research results,this paper finds that most of the research is from the perspective of R & D investment in colleges and universities to analyze its impact on the innovation output of high-tech industry,which ignores an important issue: even if the same R & D investment will produce different Of the output,different scientific research output on the development of high-tech industries will have different effects.Therefore,based on the theory of industrial life cycle and technology life cycle theory,this paper re-divides the life cycle of high-tech industry,and puts forward the matching relationship between university's patent output,high-tech life cycle and high-tech industry life cycle.By analyzing the current situation of university patent output and the status quo of high-tech industry development,the paper puts forward the path between the two,clarifies the path formation condition and the difference of patent demand,and analyzes the effect and difference of different types of patent on the development of high-tech industry.Based on the empirical analysis of the path of school-enterprise cooperation,the author draws the coefficient and the change law of the invention patent and the utility model patent of the school-enterprise cooperation to the high-tech industry.Then,through the analysis of Tsinghua University in 2000 to2015 cooperation in the invention of the patent license,and further clarify the school-enterprise cooperation between the invention patent and the relationship between high-tech industry.Based on the above analysis,some suggestions are put forward to improve the industrialization efficiency of university patent output.
