Research On The Application Of Budget Performance Management In H Province

Administration cost is the main source of income when governments is running official duties.The level of administration cost directly reflects how clean the government is and how efficient it is as well.In recent years,although governments at all levels have issued blankets of policies to control government cost,the governments' inefficiency and wasting of resources have already left deep impressions in the mind of people and the media.If this impression cannot be fundamentally reversed,the legality of financial expenditure will be questionable,and the image of governments will be damaged either.Therefore,promoting performances budgeting management is and will be becoming a main job in the process of financial budget management.This article begins with the concept and main content of performance budgeting management.Then it references the advanced experiences of developed countries and other provinces in China.To ensure achieving a great success in performance budgeting management,our provincial government should establish a sound system of performance budgeting management and make further improvement of expanding the breadth and depth of every step in the management process,so the effective integration of the budget management and its budgeting,the budget enforcement and supervision can be progressively realized.
