With the continuous improvement of living standards and consumption attitudes, people's demand for quality and freshness of fresh agricultural products are increasing day by day, efficient supply chain is the key to maintain the freshness of fresh agricultural products, but the enterprises usually choose relatively extensive distribution and storage to reduce the cost, which results in the decrease of product freshness and market demand. Moreover, most retailers with small capital, low organization degree and poor anti-risk ability, usually have the intention and decision-making behavior to avoid risks in the course of business, which will affect the performance and coordination of supply chain. Therefore, this thesis considers the influence of the retailer's risk aversion and product freshness, and studies how to design reasonable and efficient contracts to realize the coordination and stability of the fresh agricultural products supply chain. In this thesis, the market demand is price sensitivity and also affected by freshness which is related to transport time,we construct two models, one is two-stage supply chain coordination model with revenue sharing contract introducing cost allocation when retailer is risk neutral, the other one is three-stage supply chain coordination model with combined contract based on the CVaR when retailer is risk aversion, and verify the validity of the model through the example analysis, show that:(1)the revenue sharing contract introducing cost allocation can coordinate two-stage supply chain;optimal expected profit and price elasticity of demand are negatively related, optimal expected profit and freshness elasticity are positively related.(2)when retailer is risk aversion, the revenue sharing contract introducing surplus subsidy can achieve Pareto improvement of three-stage supply chain;optimal expected profit and subsidy price are negatively related, optimal expected profit and retailer risk aversion degree are positively related.
