Research On Level Comprehensive Evaluation And Research Of The Rural Informatization Development Level Of Henan Province

Henan province is a major agricultural province in china.With the rapid development of information technology and science and technology,rural information technology has been widely used in infrastructure construction and information technology to promote the rapid spread.How to promote the rural informatization construction is an important goal of the development of Henan province at the present stage.This study has important theoretical significance.Although scholars at home and abroad have made a more in-depth study on the evaluation of information technology,they have achieved fruitful results.But there are still the following problems: 1.The level of rural informatization construction in Henan.Only by understanding the current situation of rural informatization construction in Henan Province,we can find out the gap between the provinces with the high level of information construction in other countries.2,Henan Province in the past ten years the situation of rural information construction.The government introduced the policy,the input of manpower and material resources can not be immediate,the trend can be analyzed through the effect of information technology investment.3,the situation of rural informatization construction in Henan.The regional advantages and regional differences will affect the level of rural information construction.Therefore,this study from the point to the surface,from the horizontal to the vertical analysis of the effectiveness of the rural information construction in Henan Province,the gap and the existing problems of rural information construction in Henan has certain significance.In this study,the factor analysis method was used to quantify the level of rural informatization construction in Henan province.The results show that:(1)the level of rural information construction in Henan ranks the top in the whole country,but there is still a big gap between the construction of information network infrastructure and the first place in Jiangsu.There are still a lot of room for improvement in information service and information platform construction.(2)since 2008,the level of information construction in Henan has increased rapidly.This is mainly due to the introduction of the corresponding government policies and put a lot of manpower and material resources and a lot of financial support,but12 years after the slowdown.(3)the level of information construction in Zhengzhou is only second to that of the provincial capital city of Zhengzhou,which shows that the information construction has certain regional advantages.Finally,according to the research results,thispaper puts forward the corresponding policy recommendations.
