An Evolutionary Game Analysis Of Industrial Clustering Transfer Driven By The Core Enterprise

With the evolution of intra-industry specialization to intra-product specialization,industrial transfer gradually presents the characteristics of clustering transfer.Industrial clustering transfer plays an important role in adjusting the economic structure and optimizing the spatial distribution of resources.It is being increasingly focused by society,Many scholars also gradually study the industrial clustering transfer.However,most scholars do research from the connotation,motivation,mode and effect of the industrial clustering transfer.They didn't analyze the transfer's intrinsic mechanism and the conditions for the successful transfer,ignore the heterogeneity of the cluster enterprises and didn't consider the "engine" role of the core enterprise in the process of industrial clustering transfer.Based on the researches,This paper uses theoretical analysis,evolutionary game analysis and case analysis to describe the dynamic evolution process of industrial cluster transfer in the core enterprise perspective.Firstly,According to the theoretical studies,this paper sums up the three main factors influencing the industrial clustering transfer,constructs a three factor model,and reveals the internal mechanism:dot transfer--chain transfer--surface transfer.Then,through building the evolutionary game model on the core enterprises and its supporters,this paper studies the dynamically evolutionary process of achieving stable strategy and verifies the evolutionary trace of the equilibrium point by using MATLAB R2012 a software.Finally,Taking Wenzhou Shoe industry cluster as the research object,this paper analyzes the dynamic transfer process of it,which is led by AOKANG group.The results showed that: industrial clustering transfer is a long-term dynamic evolution gambling process under the cross influence of the enterprise characteristic factor,cluster characteristic factor and environment characteristic factor.The core enterprise transfers firstly and the supporting enterprise follows.Only meeting the certain conditions,can the industrial cluster transfer successfully.When the cluster enterprises' individual transfer revenue increase,no matter how much the initial probability is,the industry cluster develops into transfer stability strategy.When the core enterprise's individual transfer revenue increases with decreasing in the supporting firm revenue,however,the supporting firm revenue will increase by involving in clusteringtransfer,then it develops into industry clustering transfer,otherwise only the core enterprise transfer.When the cluster enterprises' individual transfer revenue decrease,while increase by involving in clustering transfer,and choose a large initial probability for transfer,the cluster will transfer otherwise they won't transfer.Therefore,undertaking place should cultivate the core enterprise and enhance the transfer power;Undertaking place should improve the supporting construction and the business environment.Undertaking place also should ameliorate the government function and provide institutional guarantee,in order to reduce the threshold of enterprise transfer and boost the success rate of industrial clustering transfer.
