| With the development of economy,small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)play an important role.As the main force in the main component of the national economic operation,SME plays an irreplaceable role in the maintenance of a country's economic development.China has shown a good momentum of foreign trade after China's accession to the WTO.Behind those great achievements of China's import and export SME of great credit,import and export of SMEs single trade volume small,less number orders,but due to the large base,export delivery volume should not be underestimated,they occupy half of China's international trade.But since the economic crisis in 2008,China's import and export SMEs are faced with the tense situation of capital,it is difficult to obtain financing from banks,especially in coastal areas.Because of its own characteristics,the international trade finance is a kind of effective financing way for SMEs.But at present,there are some problems in the international trade financing of small and medium-sized enterprises in China.In this paper,the combination of theory and practice,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,comparative analysis and other research methods is used to analyze the international trade financing problems of SMEs in china.This article compared several kinds of financing commonly used by the import and export SMEs,and use detailed data to analyze our country SMEs trade financing situation,pointing out the contradictions of supply and demand of financing between banks and enterprises.Then study of the problems existing in the trade financing in-depth,and analyze the reasons from the aspects of enterprises,banks and the government,and then puts forward the solving scheme.To ease and finally solve the problem of international trade financing of SMEs in China,it need to consider from the three aspects of enterprise,bank and government.Through three aspects of organic combination,in all aspects and the full range propose countermeasures. |
