The Analysis And Improvement Of The Rapid Quotation Process About Reducer Products Of S Company

Now the competition between companies is changing to meet the personal needs of customers,how to win in such fierce competition is a problem that many companies have to face.This paper studies the S company is a large reducer manufacturing enterprises,S company product include a lot of non-standard and customized products,which can meet the needs of customers through a strong design capabilities.But involving the rapid price quotation,for the S enterprise,it is necessary to quickly and accurately respond to customer demand in order to win in the fierce competition.At first,this paper uses the method of literature analysis to analyze and compare the rapid quotation based on the method of product parameters,which is more suitable for the production of gear reducer and so on.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of various cost estimation methods,the BP neural network method is used to predict the cost of the reducer in this paper.Secondly,on the basis of the actual situation of S company,the process of its rapid quotation is analyzed,and it is found that there is a low efficiency in the early stage and there is no high accuracy in the middle of the quotation process,and the process of the latter waste a lot of time in the process of price auditing.Once again,combined with the idea of process reengineering,the S company rapid quotation optimization design scheme is put forward.The most relevant three departments involved in the process of rapid quotation: Sales Department,design department,and quotation department.The work efficiency is increased by using the method of concurrent engineering.The analysis of different kinds of gear reducer skills is carried out for the design department and the price department staff,and the quick quotation process optimization scheme based on the personnel allocation is proposed.Changing the order audit process from a single rapid quotation process to the order based on the classification,which accelerate the speed of the offer,shorten the quotation cycle.Finally,for the cost evaluation method is not scientific and accurate problem,establish cost estimation model based on BP neural network and achieve the model through the MATLAB software.Firstly,the cost components of the product and the bidding method of the enterprise are analyzed.Based on this,the cost forecasting model based on BP neural network is put forward,and the product cost is predicted more accurate.On this basis,using genetic algorithm to optimize the weights and thresholds of BP neural network,and improve the accuracy of cost evaluation.
