Theories And Realization Of Medium Size Mould Quotation System

The research and development on mould quotation system has important meaning on reducing quotation time and getting a reasonable quotation. Based on comparing many kinds of current mould quotation methods and strategies, a quotation model with labor-cost method and data mining technique special for mould are presented, which can make quotation, data analysis, order management and job placing integrated within one system.In the system, BP Neural Network is adopted to calculate the working time of mould. Taking the statistical data of actual manufacturing working time as study samples, and using the self-study ability of BP network, a labor cost calculation model within expected allowance is established.In order to take customers as the market center when quotation, the Rough Set theory has been first introduced into the quotation for customer classification. On the basis of analyzing history business data, customer type or features are determined. Then, a hierarchy process is used to analysis the priority of a customer and to get a combined value, which can affect on the quotation strategy for a special customer.On the basis of studying, a quotation system is developed with .NET technique. Running data shows the system can reach the designed function well and put into practice.
