Evaluation On The Growth Of Industrial Technolegical Innovation Ecosystem

The rapid changes of relations and situations between domestic and inernational economic,the massive consumption and shortage of resources and energy,and the expansion of environmental pollution,which caused the dual pressure both at home and abroad of economic development made our country being faced with.Therefore,developing the independent innovation positively,and enhancing the ability of national innovation comprehensively,are the most important things of Chinese economic development in the future.At the same time,enterprise innovation agglomeration tended to be formed within the industry,the relationships between the innovation subject has gradually changed from competition to cooperation and symbiosis,and the competition between industries is gradually transformed from the enterprises or products to the innovation populations,even to the innovation systems.The capacity and development speed of the industrial innovation ecosystem reflect economic strength of the country or region,and the important condition for the rapid development of economy is about positive growth of the ecosystem.Under this background,this paper based on the growth theory of industrial technology innovation ecosystem,analyzes the growth states,and puts forward reasonable suggestions,which has important theoretical and practical value.Firstly,this paper summarizes the concept of technological innovation and technological innovation ecosystem from different perspectives,analyzes the progresses of the relate theories.Secondly,on the basis of investigation and research,analyzes the process of formation,essential factors,and operational systems of the ecosystem,and construct a growth model.Thirdly,this paper selects 22 reasonable evaluation index,using the principal component analysis to get the wights of indexes,and gets the final scores of the growth model system,then evaluates and analyzes the results.Finally,with the case of electronic information industry technology innovation ecosystem of Zhongguancun,carry out an empirical research.This paper quantitatively measures the innovation progresses of the industrial technology innovation ecosystem,analyzes the growth stages of the system,and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of the system.
