Study On The Composition And Technology Diffusion Of Manufacturing Technology Innovation Ecosystem In Heilongjiang Province

As a basic industry for the development of China's national economy,the manufacturing industry is related to China's competitiveness and comprehensive national strength.With the accelerating pace of economic globalization,the continuous development of science and technology,although the development of the manufacturing industry has made considerable progress,it has also found some problems and deficiencies.For the manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang Province,how to improve the technological innovation capability of Heilongjiang Province,reduce the gap between science and technology in China's developed provinces,and improve the old manufacturing development model is the main problem facing the manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang Province.Therefore,to find the main factors affecting the development of manufacturing and technology in Heilongjiang Province,establish a manufacturing technology innovation system in Heilongjiang Province,and analyze and research the mode of technological innovation is crucial to improve the ability of technological innovation.This paper studies the construction of technological innovation ecosystem in Heilongjiang Province and the diffusion of new technology innovation within the system.First,on the basis of reviewing domestic and foreign related literature,the concepts of technological innovation,technological innovation ecosystem,and system innovation diffusion are described.Secondly,it analyzes the status quo of the manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang Province and analyzes the situation of technological innovation.It points out that the manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang Province is currently facing major problems such as lack of innovation and development capacity,weak ability to transform scientific and technological achievements,and low proportion of high and new technologies and emerging industries.And other issues.Then,through the ecological perspective,the technological innovation ecosystem of Heilongjiang Province was established,and the constituent elements in the technological innovation ecosystem were analyzed.Analyze the constituent elements in the technological innovation ecosystem,select the constituent elements and apply the interpretation structural model to analyze the structure of the manufacturing innovation technology ecosystem in Heilongjiang Province.The SIR model in epidemic was used to simulate the diffusion of new technologies in the technological innovation ecosystem of Heilongjiang Province,and the simulation results were analyzed.Finally,according to the research conclusion,based on the various parts of the system,the corresponding development countermeasures are put forward.
