Multi attribute group decision making theory and Application Research of concern,the problem of selecting and ranking the main solution,and with the fuzziness and complexity of the practical problems of human thinking,decision-making information are interval number and other forms of representation.For the problem of multi-attribute group decision making with interval information,the problem of determining the number and weight of aggregation process should be reconsidered.In the content distribution information of interval multiple attribute decision making and group decision making process,often face weight or weight of expert decision information is unknown.Therefore,this article mainly aiming at the problem,for the problem of determining the interval number distribution is highly skewed,the confidence interval of the normal distribution are uncertain multiattribute group decision making problem under the assumption that the relationship between the attributes,determine the weights of experts with the distribution information of interval group decision making,research how to carry out ranking.The main research work of this paper:(1)For the decision maker's risk preference is different,and the interval number distribution is highly skewed.On the basis of COWA operator and IW-OWA operator,the OIP operator is proposed.Under certain conditions,the OIP operator is more robust to the attitude parameter,and is more sensitive to the interval length.(2)For the multi-attribute group decision making problem with the relationship between the interval number of the normal distribution with uncertain confidence,the concept of confidence level of the normal distribution interval number is proposed.There is relationship between the attributes in the hypothesis,comprehensive attribute not by linear summation of weighted average value method scheme,the fuzzy integral idea,using grey relation fuzzy integral interval correlation by ranking.(3)In order to solve the problem of determining the expert weight of multi-attribute group decision making with the interval number as the attribute value,the equation is constructed from the following two aspects: the validity and usefulness of the expert scoring.Based on the relative deviation between the relative entropy and the expert individual decision and the expert group decision making,a nonlinear programming model is established to get the expert weight,and the solution is obtained.In this paper,several kinds of multi-attribute group decision making problems are studied,and an example is given to verify the validity of the decision model.The method of multi-attribute group decision-making problem is studied,and the corresponding examples are analyzed to verify the effectiveness of the model.
