The competition between enterprises is the competition of talents.Employees play a vital role in the process of enterprise development.To improve employee satisfaction,it is helpful to reduce enterprise turnover rate and training cost,and improve employee's initiative and sense of loyalty.China Datang Group is one of the five largest power generation groups in the country.Datang Henan Power Generation Co.,Ltd.is a subsidiary of China Datang Corporation,ranked No.1 in power generation capacity of the eight power generation entities in Henan Province and unlisted subsidiaries in Datang System.The research on the satisfaction of grassroots employees is of great significance in terms of improving corporate performance and promoting the preservation and appreciation of state-owned assets,or from the perspective of ensuring the stable operation of the power grid and ensuring the safety of the residents in the use of electricity.Based on the research literature at home and abroad and the related theories of employee satisfaction,this dissertation divides employee satisfaction into work itself,work environment,salary and benefits,career development,Work groups,business management and other six dimensions,summed up the possible problems of employee satisfaction and its causes.According to the different perceptions of the same things by different types of employees,this paper analyzes the different types of employees' satisfaction from six aspects: gender,age,academic record,job title,job type and employment form,and further discusses the improvement measures for power generation enterprises Accurately found that there are problems in the management of employee satisfaction to provide appropriate guidance.Through the conclusion of employee satisfaction survey,it helps managers to grasp the potential problems in the enterprise and adjust the direction of enterprise management in time,so as to further promote the mutual benefits and win-win results of employees and enterprises,enhance the efficiency of enterprises and reduce the staff of enterprises Churn rate,improve employee subjective initiative and value creativity.
