Combing with related theory literature of the salaries and pay satisfaction research, assumptions are proposed that staff pay satisfaction between organizational justice and the employee actual income level due to combination with questionnaires and interviews of power company A’s employees pay satisfaction,we inquiry a sense of fairness and investigate the actual income level,then use the SPSS18.0software on the statistical results of descriptive analysis, factor analysis, reliability and validity testing, finally correlation and regression analysis. The results show that overall pay satisfaction level of the grassroots Grid Corporation employees is not high, the pay level satisfaction is an important component of the overall pay satisfaction dimension, and organization justice’s predict force is greater than the actual income level of pay satisfaction.The full text is divided into six parts:part1describes the research background, significance, research content, research methods, research framework and main innovations; part2is review section; Part3 describes the grassroots of power grid enterprises employees compensating with management features, the proposed theoretical models and assumptions; part4is an empirical study design, with statistical description of the institutions, personnel and salary structure of the status quo, also with the reliability and validity of the research questionnaire inspection. The fifth part is to evaluate the employee’s overall pay satisfaction with descriptive statistical methods also study the difference of pay satisfaction in the case of different demographic characteristics by T-test and one-way ANOVA analysis, and finally organize a correlation and regression analysis, taking the sense of fairness and the level of real income as independent variables; part6is conclusion.
