As an important part of the national development,manufacturing industry is nowadays subject to the increasingly fierce competition in the social market.At the same time,manufacturing industry is also affected by a variety of factors from within the enterprise.Among them,the human resources of grassroots employees(new generation employees)Lack of reserves and high-frequency front-line staff turnover are the major factors that have the most impact on the achievement of corporate goals of this type of enterprises.Therefore,how to ease the high turnover rate and low enterprise satisfaction of new-generation employees has become an urgent need for manufacturing enterprises solved problem.The purpose of this paper is to discuss the factors influencing the turnover intention of the new generation of OFG employees.Based on the previous literature on job values,job satisfaction and turnover intention,the paper collects the data in the form of questionnaires and uses data processing software The data obtained were analyzed,focusing on the relationship between these factors and work stability of the new generation of OFG employees and their impact.Through a comprehensive analysis of the existing literatures of domestic and foreign scholars,we find that there is a certain correlation between work values and job satisfaction of OFG employees in the new generation of employees.Therefore,after the literature analysis,Hypothesis,after the development of research plans,research questionnaires to domestic manufacturing enterprises of the new generation of employees as the research object of the investigation and research,after SPSS 21.0 software for the analysis of the questionnaire data collected.Finally,the paper further explores and deepens the relevant conclusions of the study and its implications for management practices,and points out the limitation of the research and the future direction of the research.
