Study On Index System Of Reservoir Management & Value Management For Oilfield Enterprises

Petrochemical industry is the pillar industry of the national economy and its development affects a country's economic growth and sustainable development to a great extent.In recent years,with the guidance of reservoir management,oilfield enterprises take operation and management decisions which the market is the leading factor and the reservoir is the center point.Oilfield enterprises prominent benefit to a higher level,as a result,they get good achievements.At the same time,value management was promoted to a strategic height and has caused extensive concern and attention in oilfield enterprises.Based on the point of reservoir management and value management,this thesis considers oilfield enterprises as the main body with its production process as the object,and it takes use of information collection,field investigation,standardized research and empirical research methods as well as related method.Finally,this thesis designs index system of reservoir management and value management for oilfield enterprises.The index system can effectively reveal the value management level of oilfield enterprise,and provide effective decision-making at all levels of related support for oilfield enterprises.Firstly,this thesis defines the concept of reservoir management and value management:reservoir management and value management can take advantage of various resources effectively,make operation strategy based on the reservoir,and realize the value of reservoir as the main task,then it can be the guidance for oilfield enterprises' resource allocation with the concept of "value creation",combining the oilfield exploration & development technology with operation management technology,and finally realize the maximization of the value of oilfield enterprises.Secondly,on the basis of the further analyzes of the reservoir management value' influence factors,this thesis designs the index system of reservoir management and value management including four value dimensions: exploration reserves value dimension,technical value dimension,the management value dimension and other important value dimension.The index system covers the whole process of the oilfield like exploration?development and production,and its indicators chosen are more comprehensive,in the meantime,the index system chooses typical value management indicators,such as EVA.Thirdly,in contrast with the weighting method and the comprehensive evaluation method,thethesis adopts the entropy weight method to calculate weight of the index system of reservoir management value management and it uses comprehensive evaluation method to design comprehensive evaluation index for the reservoir management and value management.Finally,the thesis selects three oilfields in Chun Liang Oil Production and takes empirical analysis,and points out the development direction of reservoir value management for the reservoir management and value management.
