Research On Food Safety Supervision And Countermeasures In Rural Dongying City

This paper takes the food safety supervision in rural areas of Dongying City as the research object,using literature study,interview method,comparative analysis and qualitative analysis research on the regulation of food safety in the region.The thesis focus on this theme and Countermeasures of rural food safety supervision in Dongying City,the rural food safety regulatory detailed study of the Dongying City status,summed up the city of Dongying in rural food safety regulatory issues.Based on the discovery of the problems,combined with the research on rural food supervision experience,our country and the developed countries to gain enlightenment,and put forward six countermeasures to solve the problems of food safety supervision in rural areas of Dongying City.First,comb,revise and improve the existing system of food safety laws.On the basis of existing laws and regulations to sort and classify disposal,increase penalties for violations;The second is to establish a unified and efficient food safety regulatory system.By combining regulatory responsibilities to avoid supervision and improve administrative accountability mechanisms to achieve regulatory authorities;Third,increase funding to improve supervision.Including food and take effective measures to reduce the burden on enterprises and increase funding for food safety supervision;Fourth,improve food safety standards and inspection system.According to local conditions to improve food safety standards,but not with the national unified food safety standards conflict,only more refined and rigorous,to suit the local status of food safety management;Fifth,strengthen the rural food business operators and consumer awareness guide education.The purpose is to improve consumer safety awareness and operators of professional conduct and ethics standards;Six is to stimulate public participation in regulatory inspire enthusiasm.Give full play to the guiding role of trade associations,supervisory role of the supervisory role of the news media and consumers.
