[Objects] Clear the food regulatory focus by the survey to security situation of party of food in City Jincheng. [Methods] Extract part of food curculating on the market of City Jincheng,such as packed drinking water,honey,fruit products,brewing vinegar,liquid milk,grain processed products(wheat flour,rice,corn flour),fresh meat,livestock and poultry offal,quick-frozen wheat and rice products,meat products(hot-working cooked meat products),pastry,starch products,fresh eggs,edible oils,and so on.Then test the hygienic indexes of these food according to national standards. [Results] In 2015 and 2016, the qualified rate of packed drinking water in spot-checked is 84% and 100%.Unqualified projects are residual chlorine,bromate and pseudomonas aeruginosa.The qualifed rate of meat products in spot-checked,such as hoot-working cooked meat products, is 100% in 2015 and 92.3% in 2016. The faild test of meat products is nitrite.The qualified rate of starch products is 12.5% in 2015,and 75% in 2016. Unqualifed projects of starch products are Aluminum and Sulfur dioxide residues.The qualified rate of other products in the sampling is completely 100%. [Conclusions]There are securiy risks in part of food in the circulation markcet of City Jincheng.It is needed to strengthen the regulation of these food for law-enforcing departments.The research can provide reference for primary regulators to strengthen supervision and control risks.
