Research On The Formation Mechanism Of Commercial Banks' Innovation Capability And Its Evaluation

Innovation is the source of production,whether it is production technology and enterprise management,the need for innovation,commercial banks as financial market financing,at the same time as the enterprise,also need to innovate,to create higher profits.With the deepening Chinese interest rate reform,strengthen capital supervision,and continuously improve the economic structure,the bank interest income mainly in the traditional business model is challenged,which makes our commercial banks must change the management and profit model now,seek innovation from a system model.In this paper,the author puts forward the ability to measure the innovation ability of commercial banks in the aspects of management and innovation.This paper from the six dimensions to the comprehensive embodiment of commercial banking innovation ability formation process,six dimensions as exogenous and endogenous factors in two aspects,combining these two aspects from the theoretical analysis of the formation of innovation ability,and analyzes the dynamic panel model,which clearly formed solution innovation ability of China's commercial banks.Find the dividend policy,economic development,company structure,risk management,investment resources,soft power in different degree affects the innovation ability of commercial banks;at the same time,the formation mechanism of commercial banking innovation ability based on selecting the appropriate index,construct the index system,using factor analysis method to analyze the innovation ability of listed commercial banks in China 15 home at present.Found that the current commercial banks in China have Chinese innovation ability of commercial bank to be generally higher than joint-stock commercial banks,reflecting the impact of resource input on the innovation ability of commercial banks is relatively large,other factors are also influenced by the size of the creative ability.Finally,the ability of commercial bank innovation mechanism and the formation of the status quo of China's listed commercial banks innovation ability and puts forward some suggestions based on the successful transformation of help and finally realize the banking development mode and improve the whole performance level of hugh.
