Due to the influence of traditional culture,the influence of high power distance is prevalent in Chinese organizations.In this case,Give the management of the breeding ground then the abuse of management as a destructive way of leadership,it has many negative effects on the organization and the individual.This paper mainly discusses the negative impact of abusive management on employee silence.As a kind of external environment,the impact of abusive management on employees is transmitted through a certain factor.Therefore,this paper explores the influence mechanism of abusive management on employee silence by using psychological security as an intermediary variable.Secondly,the study of China's leadership and employee behavior,can not ignore the cultural background.As a typical representative of Chinese culture,the doctrine of the mean affects the behavior of Chinese people.Different levels of thinking in the middle of the staff in the face of the same situation may show a different approach.Therefore,in the organization,when employees encounter abusive leadership will be different due to the degree of thinking of the different degrees of silence.Therefore,in this paper,we consider the mean thinking as the moderator variable to study the different behaviors of the employees' psychological silence.Firstly,this paper makes a literature review of relevant variables,and puts forward the hypothesis of this paper on the basis of literature review.Secondly,this paper uses questionnaire survey method and collects data by questionnaire.Finally,in the verification of the hypothesis,this paper uses SPSS20 to analyze the data.The following are the main conclusions of this study:(1)Abusive management has a significant positive effect on employee's tacit silence,defensive silence and indifference silence.(2)Psychological security plays a partial mediating role between abusive management and employee tacit silence,defensive silence and indifference silence(3)The doctrine of the mean has a moderating effect on the relationship between psychological security and defensive silence,and the moderating effect of psychological security and tacit silence is not supported by the data.Finally,according to the existing conclusions,some suggestions are put forward.This paper argues that abusive supervision will lead to employee silence to a great extent,and all employee silence have a negative impact on organizations and individuals.So organizations should establish a supportive atmosphere of the organization from organization;from the leader,should reduce abuse supervision;from the staff,when cannot avoid leadership disgrace the abuse of management,should take appropriate measures to avoid damage to themselves and their organizations.
