The Analysis On The Effects Of Shenzhen 's Fiscal Policy On Its Industrial Structure Optimizing

From the beginning of 1979(fifth five-year plan period),Shenzhen Local Government began a long term plan to develop the Shenzhen's industrial structure system.Now,stepping into the period of "thirteen five-year plan" Shenzhen pay more attention on its industrial structure system.The major way of Shenzhen Government optimized its industrial structure is fiscal policy.In this paper,I use kernel density function to describe the history of Shenzhen's industrial structure.For deeply realizing the Effects of Shenzhen 's Fiscal Policy on Its Industrial Structure Optimizing,I use differential of industrial for the short of industrial structure system change.Through VAR(Vector Autoregression model)model I built a VEC(Vector Error Correct model)function to show the long term effect.The result showed that fiscal revenue has positive affect on differential of industrial,and fiscal expenditure has neagetive impact on differential of industrial.Overall,the contribution of fiscal revenue to differential of industrial is much great than the fiscal expenditure.
