Since the reform and opening up,China's state-owned enterprises have also been reorganized with the state's policy changes,and it has undergone various stages of ref orm.At the beginning of the 21 st century,China want to make the state-owned enter prise great and powerful in order to show themselves in the world,the national “larg e” strategy makes a large number of state-owned enterprises stripping out non-performi ng asset by main-supplement separating method and the high-quality assets of compani es will be listed through the capital market at home and abroad,which make large nu mber of state-owned enterprises in all walks of life in the forefront of the world.Ho wever,state-owned enterprises have gradually exposed new problems after more than 10 years of development,mainly the un-sufficient marketization,low operating efficienc y and traditional industries can not be transformed and so on.After the 18 th National Congress of CPC,the new leaders began to focus on the issue of state-owned enterp rises and want to start a new round of state-owned enterprise reform by the market-or iented way,reforming the mixed ownership,revitalizing the stock of assets to tap the new growth to carry out the transformation of state-owned enterprises.Sinopec was the first to response to the country to begin the mixed ownership re form under such background.Sinopec in the early 21 st century also adopt “large” poli cy by main-supplement separating method,reelecting the world's top 500 enterprises f or many years after reform.But its internal still exist stubborn system,unflexible mec hanism and the traditional industry can not advance with the times which lead to the company year after year loss,so the company open the market-oriented and profession al reform in the plan.For the market-oriented reform,the core asset sales business wi ll be a mixed-ownership reform,the introduction of external capital and the use of the advantages of industrial capital to work together.Nowadays,the mode of mixed-owne rship of state-owned enterprises is worthy of further study,the paper is a study on th e model of mixed reform of Sinopec sales company.The full text of the main line around the reform mode of Sinopec sales company that attract captical to drive mixed-o wnership and finally promote mixed operation,the model is not only mixed-ownership reform more worthy of reference is introduction of external capital and industrial cap ital to complement each other,the sales company change from a single traditional oil product structure continue to deepen the emerging growth point to the integrated servi ce providers.The mode of attract captical to drive mixed-ownership and finally promo te mixed operation combine with the advantages of cooperation and development,for state-owned enterprises,it can not only be mixed-ownership and also tap the new busi ness to stimulate the potential to achieve transformation.For private enterprises it can also seek new markets so that the two sides complement each other to achieve a winwin situation.Through this study,we hope to give a new perspective on the reform o f state-owned enterprises.
