After the financial crisis in 2008,foreign trade situation is grim,China’s import and export trade began to face difficulties.A large number of enterprises began to try to join the domestic market,then the domestic market clearing and financing needs have soared.The scale of domestic trade settlement business has been expanding,but it is clear that there are some domestic shortcomings or risks in the existing domestic trade settlement,which also plague the development of domestic trade.At the same time,Internet technology is rapidly developing,and infiltration into people’s lives,changing people’s production and lifestyle.The development of information and communication technology,greatly saving the time of information transmission,large data,cloud computing and other technologies is to let the internet has a single day thick development advantages.Internet technology and the integration of all walks of life development,making the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries.Internet banking is the development of the in full swing,the Internet banking is to provide people with more convenient and efficient life.At the same time,the domestic trade market more and more mature and perfect,the whole society credit situation is getting better and better.In this context,all kinds of emerging payment and settlement tools are also mushroomed.This paper is based on the existing domestic trade settlement method in the most obvious way of domestic letters of credit as a reference,learn from Alibaba’s credit security system ideas,the use of Internet technology,relying on mature Internet finance company,developed a new convenience domestic.The credit payment method of small and medium-sized enterprise transaction settlement is called "We Credit",and according to the characteristics and needs of "We Credit" business,the design and development of a special platform for "We Credit",called " We Credit platform".The platform can help enterprises to complete the transaction with a full set of payment and settlement procedures,and contact the transshipment cargo.This approach can greatly simplify the settlement of business processes,improve efficiency and reduce the use of business costs,in order to bring convenience for the enterprise,but also for the internet financial platform to create a new business approach.In this paper,the design of the " We Credit platform" in RMB currency,the RMB has been added to the SDR,the yuan is bound to become more and more international,the future of the platform can even directly settle the international trade in RMB as the settlement currency business,development prospects broad.This paper discusses the advantages and disadvantages of various trading methods from the existing trade settlement methods such as letters of credit,bank acceptance bills and remittances,and draws the conclusion that we need to design and develop a new settlement method.Then,The new settlement method,the required technical basis,the idea of building a platform and design the platform settlement process and the simulation platform to run the process.Finally,the article analyzes the platform to apply the necessary policy environment to promote the platform.
