Customer abuse refers to low quality interpersonal treatment and conflicts in the delivery of services to customers and employees,such as verbal abuse,disrespect,unfair demands,etc..Customer service personnel have been subjected to customer abuse,and most customer service personnel clearly feel the adverse effects of customer abuse on their work.Therefore,this paper studies the influence of negative emotions on job performance under the circumstance of customer abuse,and the trait of tolerance at the same time.By investigating 100 employees questionnaires,tests the customer abuse has a negative impact on job performance,and customer abuse negative emotions will have a negative effect on the performance,but the tolerance trait will weaken the negative emotions generated.The practical inspiration of this research is that while motivating employees' performance,we should also pay attention to negative emotions,which have an impact on job performance.How to make negative emotion reduce the effect on employee job performance can create better job performance effect.
