The Research Of Integrated Circuit Enterprise Performance Evaluation Based On EVA

Recent years,our country economy growth is slow down,the traditional mechanical manufacturing industry faces the fact that the supply is too mach for the market demand.However,as high and new technology industry,the IC enterprises in China maintained a rapid development of the situation.The IC industry is made a priority in ‘Made in China 2025' which is issued by The State Council.With the golden age of the semiconductor industry,The scale of key enterprises is maintaining rapid growth.Traditional accounting data in performance evaluation of enterprise is more and more inadequate,under the impact of global economic integration to our country.As all know,there is no great business management without great performance evaluation system.Focusing on the traditional performance evaluation index will lead the managers to short-sighted management behavior,it will seriously damage the interests of shareholder.In order to seek the sustainable development of the integrated circuit industry listed companies in our country,and protect the lawful rights and interests of stakeholders,it is very important to pull-in the performance evaluation system based on EVA.In order to clarify the principle of EVA,this paper will introduce the theory and concepts related to EVA in the first place.Then introduces and evaluates the current performance evaluation system of Nationz Technologise Company combined with the background of the rapid development of IC industry.At the same time,recognize the advantages and disadvantages of its and point out the direction of improvement.The main part of this paper will build the performance evalution based on EVA for the Nationz Technologise Company.Meanwhile,introduct non-financial evaluation index to the new system by considering on economic environment and other factors.All of the above makes the evaluation system more scientific and comprehensive.In this paper,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to construct the performance evaluation system based on EVA.Various factors are subdivided into three layers in order tomaximize shareholder value target.We construct several judgment matrixes and determine the weight of each index.After this,qualitative analysis is used to determine the appropriate EVA adjustment for the case enterprise,and according to quantitative analysis to score for adjustment projects.Finally,in order to prove that the performance evaluation system based on EVA is more excellent for the case enterprise,a series of correlation analysis will be used to prove the relationship between EVA and firm value.Fathermore,according to the results of correlation,the author puts forward some suggestions on the development direction of the performance evaluation system of IC industry,what is purpose on provide reference for the practical application of performance evaluation in IC industry.
