Traditional Chinese medicine industry is the field with the most national characteristics and unique advantages.As a cyclical industry field closely related to residents' health,from the supply side,the policies issued by the state in recent years not only attach equal importance to the support and standardization of the traditional Chinese medicine industry in legal aspects,but also reform and innovate the existing system in the integration of the Internet,the quality of traditional Chinese medicine materials,industry access and other aspects.From the demand side,the income level of residents has been raised,the second child policy has been adopted,and the aging population structure has been changed.The changes of patient disease spectrum make that the Chinese people's consumption ability and willingness to consume Chinese medicine is gradually increased,and the consumption structure has also changed from Western medicine to Chinese medicine.It can be seen that the TCM industry will continue to develop steadily in a certain period thanks to good policies and gradually increasing market demand.Since pharmaceutical products are quasi-public goods,pricing is largely controlled by the government.Under the pressure of rising cost and homogenous product competition,how can Chinese traditional medicine enterprises remain invincible in the industry competition and develop? It is worth further study.Based on this,under the guidance of stakeholder theory,taking the financial data of the same industry sample company and S pharmaceutical company for six years as the research variables,using factor analysis method to construct financial performance evaluation index system,with the characteristic of industry transverse and longitudinal grade sort itself,this paper studies financial performance evaluation of the S pharmaceutical companies,finds the company's financial management board and put forward the improvement suggestions.Only by doing a good job in the real integration of financial indicators and evaluation methods,and ensuring the depth of innovative thinking,can the evaluation results of the case company be authentic and generalized,and the reference for other companies be of far-reaching significance.
