Study On The Financial Risk Assessment And Management Of Ji'nan Branch Of Minsheng Bank

In financial risk management practice of banks in the current bank financial risk risk management system,human factors,a higher proportion of decentralized risk management model for the lack of risk diversification ability is insufficient,the electronic low level of many unfavorable factors,these factors need to be paid more and more attention by researchers.In the course of the study,the research methods include literature review,induction,mathematical modeling,case analysis and so on.According to the literature research,defines the related concept of bank financial risk,financial risk,the bank for the basic types of the Minsheng Bank Ji'nan branch financial risk situation analysis,and analyzes the reasons for financial risk increase.Secondly,according to the basic theory of financial risk,this paper establishes the evaluation index system of financial risk,and constructs a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate the financial risk.Finally,the paper summarizes the financial risk countermeasures of Ji'nan branch of Minsheng Bank,and puts forward some suggestions on the risk control measures.The main points of this paper are as follows:In the process of financial risk management of commercial banks,the financial risk is the most important.In the course of the study,the commercial bank's capital risk,asset quality risk,liquidity risk,profitability risk and so on are common forms of financial risk.According to the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of Ji'nan branch of Minsheng Bank,the overall level of financial risk is high,and the two aspects of asset quality risk and profitability risk are higher.After evaluation of the Ji'nan branch of China Minsheng Bank financial risk financial risk,combined with the status quo of Minsheng Bank,need to establish the system of commercial bank financial risk management scientific and improve the capital structure of commercial bank capital optimization and quality improvement,establish reasonable and effective risk management mechanism,strengthen staff training,enterprise culture construction,to promote health the development of Minsheng Bank.
