| This article takes the risks of HR management of the travel agency industry of Hebei Province as research subject and tries to alert for HR risks through quantifying the risks and establishing a set of targeting indexes of risks.At first,this article introduces the current situation of related researches,including the current research situations of HR management risks,alerting the risks through BP neural networks and the current situation of risks of the travel agency industry of Hebei Province.Through researching the current situations,the article identifies the problems of HR management of the travel agency industry of Hebei Province,which are the basis of risk evaluating index system.Second,in connection of the characters of travel agency industry and based on the 4W section of HR management,this article establishes a system of indexes made of 4 first level classifications and 22 second level classifications and uses the principal component analysis methods to filter these indexes to make a new index system which is aimed to build new models.Third,according to the new index system and the characters of HR management risks of Hebei Province,this article selects model factors to establish risk alerting model based on BP neural networks,then,trains and exams the model using data acquired from surveys thus makes sure of the validity and risk levels.At last,this article elaborates on the applying of risk alerting system and the insufficiency of the article. |
