Based On The Balanced Scorecard Performance Evalution System Of Jiangxi Agricultural Development Bank Of Research

In this paper,Jiangxi Agricultural Development Bank as the object of study,by reading the relevant literature at home and abroad,first described the performance evaluation theory.In view of the domestic banks generally use a single financial indicators for performance evaluation,pointed out that the traditional performance evaluation of the shortcomings.This paper makes a corresponding analysis on the necessity of carrying out the Balanced Scorecard method to carry out the performance evaluation of the Bank’s Jiangxi Agricultural Development Bank’s performance and competitive advantage.On this basis,the model is introduced in detail.Then,some theories used in the model are analyzed synthetically,and the performance evaluation index system currently being used by Jiangxi Agricultural Development Bank is evaluated,and some problems in this method are pointed out.Through the field research of Jiangxi Agricultural Development Bank,it is considered that the Jiangxi Agricultural Development Bank has the corresponding conditions for the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard method.According to the current development goals put forward by the bank and the actual operating conditions,according to the method,The strategy is based on the proposed measures,and the proposed business strategy and performance appraisal indicators have been linked to the study,the main purpose is to help the bank in the future development of the strategy and objectives of the specific transformation Into action,which greatly improve the competitiveness of banks in the market.For the relevant measures also put forward a more specific implementation plan,set a new performance evaluation system.Finally,it analyzes the obstacles that may be encountered by the objective factual situation in the application of the Balanced Scorecard,and then puts forwardthe corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the performance evaluation of the policy banks for the possible problems...
