An Empirical Analysis On Investment Efficeency Of Real Estate Listed Companies

The real estate industry as a pillar of China's economic development momentum,shoulder the economic development mission,due to the real estate market material status,investment value and national rigid demand and other characteristics,making the development of real estate industry to become China's national economic market improvement and construction of the primary task,Promote China's national economic development,improve people's living standards has played an important role.With the continuous increase of the number of real estate enterprises and the continuous severe financial investment environment,it is an outstanding research topic to formulate development strategies and suggestions to measure the efficiency of real estate investment and provide scientific and comprehensive for the real estate enterprises.On this issue,the real estate investment efficiency of listed companies in-depth data research and industry environmental studies and access to a large number of literature,the above issues to make a more detailed study and discussion.In this paper,the real estate listed companies in our country are selected as the research object.First,the empirical research method is used to test the existence of the inefficient investment behavior of the real estate enterprises from the macroscopic angle and the microscopic angle respectively.After that,we study the influencing factors of investment efficiency of real estate enterprises further according to the principle of market rule and economic rationality,and discuss the influence of real estate investment efficiency on the economic profit and enterprise value caused by real estate enterprises.Finally,the paper puts forward feasible and valuable suggestions for the management of real estate enterprises to help enterprises to understand their own environment and economic conditions,so as to improve the efficiency of investment,protect the enterprise assets and the health of Chinese real estate enterprises.Orderly development of practical significance.
