Research On Logistics Platform Resource Integration From The Perspective Of Clustering

In 2014,China's logistics platform has experienced a blowout development under the impetus of "Internet+" boom,and many local governments,industry,enterprise invested heavily,so thousands of logistics platform companies appeared on the market.However,after the bubble in 2015 and the iteration in first half of 2016,logistics platform market in China is about to enter a period of life and death suffering period and many logistics platform facing unprecedented development dilemma.However,a successful logistics platform must integrate a huge amount of user resources firstly,and then provide users with a huge sticky service.Therefore,this paper studies the sustainable development of logistics platform from the perspective of resource integration.Based on the analysis of the connotation and development of logistics platform,the paper constructs the conceptual framework of logistics platform resource integration.Then,this paper studies the key factors influencing resource integration of logistics platform from the perspective of user adoption and continuous use of logistics platform.Next,it puts forward the resource integration mechanism of logistics platform based on PTSG on the purpose of providing a reliable theoretical basis for the development and expansion of the logistics platform.Finally,the paper makes an empirical study on the resource integration of Truck Alliance The mainly points of the paper as follow:First of all,the paper summarizes the connotation and development status of logistics platform,and constructs the conceptual framework of logistics platform resource integration.In this paper,the cluster theory is applied to the study of the connotation and development status of logistics platform.After the theory and case analysis,it puts forward the view that logistics platform is virtual logistics industry cluster.Then based on analyzing the current situation of the logistics platform,the paper points out that logistics platform is in urgent need of resource integration.Therefore,the paper constructs the conceptual framework of logistics platform resource integration.Secondly,research on the key factors influencing logistics platform resource integration.Based on the analysis of the connotation,essential factors and framework of logistics platform resource integration,the paper builds an users' usage behavior of logistics platform based on the integrates Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology(UTAUT)and original trust model(ITM)which increases two factors named trading price and transfer cost.Then the paper uses structural equation model making an empirical analysis through the research of real users and potential users.Finally,the paper concludes the key factors that affect the resource integration of logistics platform.Finally,the paper studies the resource integration mechanism of logistics platform and makes an empirical study on the resource integration of Truck Alliance.Based on the study of the factors affecting the resource integration of logistics platform and according to the internal logic,the paper puts forward a conceptual model of logistics platform resource integration mechanism based on PTSG.The model includes three sub mechanisms: price integration mechanism,trust integration mechanism and service integration mechanism,as well as a system: government support system,these four elements interact to form a joint force.In order to verify the effectiveness of the logistics platform resource integration mechanism,the paper makes an empirical study on the resources integration of Truck Alliance.
