A Study On The Effects Of Business Dynamic On The Evolution Of High And New Technology Industries

In recent years,the development of China economy has come into the new normal state.As the tidal wave of industrial structure adjustment is coming,traditional industries have to seek new increasing point and give impetus to industrial transformation and upgrading.Meanwhile,in recent years,high and new technology industries have developed rapidly in China and gradually become important support of economic development and industry transformation under the new normal state in China.However,a series of severe challenges that high and new technology industries are facing cannot be ignored.Compared with traditional industries,some industries are facing greater risks,and exit the market in the early establishment.There is lack of innovative synergies between enterprises,and industrial supporting ability is not strong,so it is weak for industries to transform and upgrade,etc.These urgent solving questions become universal attentive.In this context,in order to explain the effects of innovative and entrepreneurial activities on the development of emerging industries,explore emerging industry evolvement path driven by the mechanism of business dynamic,this paper construct the mechanisms of knowledge creation and knowledge diffusion in business dynamic process,under the perspective of knowledge,with new and high technology industries as a representative.Firstly,combing the related conceptions and theories of business dynamic,high and new technology industry,knowledge creation and knowledge diffusion by literature review.On these basis,using complex network to construct a model of the effects of business dynamic on the evolution of new and high technology industries,making simulation analysis of the effects of knowledge creation and knowledge diffusion in business dynamic process by Matlab,thus explain the inner mechanism of the evolution of new and high technology industries facilitated by business dynamic.At last,taking IC industry for example,analyze the effects of business dynamic on the industry evolution from knowledge perspective.According to the existing problems,puts forward the corresponding proposal.The main conclusions are as follows.According to the industry life cycle theory,the effects of business dynamic happen during the emerging,growth and mature period of high and new technology industry.At the same time,knowledge creation and knowledge diffusion happen among enterprises,intermediary institutions,universities,research institutions and so on.However,the process of knowledge creation and knowledge diffusion is not unlimited under the effects of business dynamic.Reasonable strength of business dynamic is an important premise of a healthy and orderly high and new technology industry.During actual process of IC industry development,under the influence of internal and external factors,the initial period was relatively longer,and fluctuation phenomena appeared in mature period.
