Research On Transformation Of Bank A' Profit Model

The profit model of commercial banks always was the subject of academic research.With the rapid development of banking industry in China,the contradictions and problems of profit management in commercial banks are becoming more and more prominent.Some scholars began to realize that the current profit model with profit varianceoriented of Chinese commercial banks has become increasingly unable to adapt to the changing of banking operation environment.Therefore,based on the research and analysis of the profit varianceoriented profit model,it has strong theoretical and practical significance for the commercial banks to change the related business ideas,developing the diversified profit models and coping with the increasingly competition from fierce banking and financial market.This paper was focused on the bank A,The overall idea was focused on the profit model of A bank to summarize the status quo and related problem analysis from the existing profit model as a base,combined with the current actual operating situation of bank A and the changes in market environment,through the regression analysis based on time series data of A bank,the profit model transformation of A bank were researched.Empirical results show that profit model based on profit varianceoriented has been unable to adapt to the current operating situation of A bank,A bank should change the current profit model,to achieve the profit model transformation to noninterest incomeled,towards diversified profit model development.At the end of this paper,based on the conclusion of the research on the profit model of commercial banks,the paper puts forward the relevant suggestions and countermeasures.
