In recent years,with the development of international shipping and marine engineering construction,the number of ship demand has gradually increased and its supporting industryship repair industry has a new development opportunity.Ship repair companies usually rely on personal experience to develop production plans,in accordance with the principle of "advanced plant first to repair the first occupation of resources" to determine the way the ship was docked and configure the resources.There is often a problem that the required resources of the ship to be repaired(such as the important ship owners,the higher profit margins of the ship)are occupied by the lower level of the vessel.Project production planning and scheduling methods not only can't meet the increasingly stringent customer repair quality and delivery requirements,resulting in reduced customer satisfaction,but also will lead to low utilization of key resources and increase costs.Therefore,the way to scientifically evaluate the priority of ship repair projects and carry out production scheduling is urgent issues to be solved.This paper focuses on the ship repair enterprises,focusing on multi-project priority evaluation and scheduling issues.Including the following two parts:(1)Multi-project priority evaluation for ship repair enterprises.First of all,combined with the characteristics of the ship repair project,in the enterprise strategic point of view,ship repair project is evaluated from four dimensions: the financial,customer,internal processes and learning growth.Combining with interviews,literature browsing and other methods to determine the evaluation elements,a priority evaluation system is established based on a balanced scorecard.Secondly,the overall process of multi-project rating of ship repair enterprise is sorted out,and the multi-project priority is evaluated by GAHP method considering concealment and grayness of evaluation information.Finally,the actual situation of a ship repair enterprise is analyzed and verified as an example.(2)Multi-project scheduling method for ship repair enterprises based on key resources.The dock is the key resources,the unreasonable use of the dock caused the increase in ship repair costs and even affect the delivery period.Based on the minimum weighting total completion time as the optimization goal,this paper establishes a multi-project scheduling model for ship repair enterprises on the basis of dock capacity constraints,ship repair process constraints and resource constraints,and uses the tabu search algorithm to solve the model.And the feasibility and validity of the model and algorithm are verified by an example.Based on the strategic factors of the enterprise,this paper defines the core factors which influences the multi-project priority of the ship repair enterprise and establishes the multiproject priority evaluation system which accord with the enterprise characteristic.The multiproject scheduling model based on key resource is constructed and the tabu algorithm is used to solve the problem.The scheduling scheme can reasonably arrange the task start time and effectively allocate resources.The results of this paper can ensure that the ship repair project delivery on time,and effectively improve the dock utilization rate which provide reference and basis for the ship repair business managers.
