Study On Scheduling Optimizing Of Multi-Project Under The Priority

Along with more and more enterprises facing the challenge of multi-project management, the scheduling problem of multi-project management has become the hotspot and focus among researches. From the view of enterprise development, it has become the key problem of multi-project management to plan and control the multi-projects, ensuring enterprise strategic targets under limited recourses conditions. The research in these areas is rarely in the past.Firstly, the paper summarizes the theories and methods of multi-project management and project scheduling, analyzes the problems and factors of the multi-project scheduling. The paper puts forward making strategy as the direction of multi-project scheduling.Then, the factors which influence the priority of multi-project are analyzed. The paper uses the strategic idea of balanced score card to build the system evaluating the priority of multi-project. The method of entropy weight is used to evaluate the priority of the multi-project impersonally.After evaluating priority of the multi-project, the priority of the multi-project is introduced into mathematic model of the multi-project scheduling under priority. The encouragement is considered when the finished time is ahead of schedule (the punishment is considered when the finished time is behindhand of schedule). The paper builds the model of multi-project scheduling influenced by the priority, with the restriction of the enterprise resources, time limit for the projects and logic relations of various works.Lastly, aiming at the mathematic model, the paper designs the genetic operators, puts forward the way of counting, uses Matlab to analyze and validate example.The paper researches the priority evaluating and scheduling problem of the multi-project management in enterprise, thoroughly from the angle of enterprise strategic development. Based on strategic targets, the model of multi-project scheduling under the priority is built, with consideration of the multi- project priority. The model makes reasonable arrangement to several parallel projects with the resource restriction. In the research of multi-project scheduling, there are not only some important theoretical significances but also practical significances in this paper.
