The Research Of TBM Construction Enterprise Materials Management System

This paper takes the information management of TBM construction enterprises as the background,completing the material management system based on the intelligent material dispatching and data collection,which aim at the existing shortcomings of TBM construction enterprises.Using the advanced ideas of ERP,this system manages the construction project combined with information technology,realizing automation,standardization,refinement of the material in process of the construction.This paper expounds the design goal of the material management system of TBM construction enterprises,and designs the overall function diagram of the system.The content includes seven modules of system management,material requirement management,procurement management,inventory management,statistics management,financial management,maintenance setting.This part also selects the key technology of the material management system for TBM construction enterprise reasonably.According to the characteristics of material management in TBM construction enterprise,this paper has researched and analyzed the business process of material scheduling and data collection of TBM construction enterprises.This part uses the wireless communication technology such as bar code technology,RFID technology etc.and choose reasonable acquisition hardware,analyzing the business process for data acquisition of storing and releasing of large and small materials and supplies scheduling,which will be combined with material management system to form a collection-automation and dispatching-automation system.We research the procurement model of materials in TBM construction enterprise.This part researches the optimal procurement of construction material under fuzzy demand by using fuzzy theory and procurement model.At the same time,we use the procedure of gravity center and symbol distance optimization tosolve the fuzzy value,to determine the best purchase quantity and optimal order period of material procurement of TBM construction.We design the system database and set up the corresponding data table to achieve the development of the main functional modules of TBM construction enterprise material management system,showing and explaining the main interface.
