Carbon Compensation Study For Land Use In Guizhou Province

The change of land usage has a profound impact on climate change.What's more,the carbon emissions of land usage and carbon emission reduction have become a hot and difficult problem in the study of global climate change;due to the big difference of carbon emission and carbon absorption produced by different land usage patterns,carbon sequestration area pays the cost of protection,at the expense of economic benefits and some opportunities in order to realize the development of regional internal equity,give some financial compensation for carbon sequestration body or ecological protector,and promote regional sustainable development from the low carbon level.The thesis takes Guizhou province as the study area.According to the "ten years of Guizhou Province ecological TM remote sensing image,the author extracts the provincial,municipal and county-level land usage data of Guizhou province from 2000 to 2010,and uses matrix and dynamic analysis to study the transfer of land usage change in Guizhou province.In addition,by the direct and indirect coefficient method,studying the carbon emission of land usage of Guizhou Province,in order to achieve regional equity,try to make the land usage and carbon emissions as a carbon compensation basis.The author takes advantage of the carbon compensation model to make a preliminary estimates of land usage carbon compensation in Guizhou Province,the results of the study show that:(1)During 2000~2010 years,the change of land area is the most significant in the provincial structure of land usage construction,which increases 474.17 km2 with the annual average rate of 1.8%,and in the dynamic change degree it lies in the first place.The area of cultivated land was reduced by 6214.32 km2,which is mainly converted to grassland and forest land.Forest area and grassland area have increased by 3816.48 km2 and 1700.11 km2,respectively.In all prefectures and municipalities,the largest cultivated area is Bijie area,9262.51km2,and the smallest one is Guiyang,8043.13km2.The construction land of Guiyang City increased the fastest from 192.47km2 to 395.00km2,and the average annual growth rate of construction land was 1.8%.What's more,the largest increase in forest land area was Bijie area,1148.67 km2.(2)Carbon emissions in Guizhou showed an upward trend during 2000~2010,an increase of 48,242,000 t,an increase of 3.4 times.Carbon absorption in Guizhou province increased continuously from 5,449,300 t to 5,569,500 t during 2000~2010.But the growth of carbon absorption is far from offsetting the growth of carbon emissions.The net carbon emissions in Guizhou province in 2000~2010 year increase 4824.2 * 104 tons.An increase in net carbon emissions increase is mainly from carbon emissions.After all,due to the continual expand of construction land,the increase of construction land is caused by the human consumption of energy.(3)After analyzing the net carbon emissions in Guizhou Province,we found that in the county of Guizhou province,the highest of space net carbon emissions is Panxian,9,988,900 t,the lowest is Congjiang County,-104,000 T.There are significant differences in carbon emissions between regions.The total Moran's I value of net carbon emission in county area is 0.154.The spatial distribution of net carbon emissions in this region has a positive correlation,but the correlation is not significant.(4)From the amount of carbon absorption in the county,the carbon uptake high areassof Guizhou province are located in the southeast and northwest.These areas are mostly mountainous areas where the economy is backward,and the level of industrialization is low.In other words,the higher the ecological land area is,the lower the degree of land development and utilization level is.The economy is dominated by agriculture and tourism.The carbon absorption intensity showed an increasing trend from northwest to Southeast in the space,the highest in Qiandongnan,Congjiang County.Generally speaking,if the area's forest area and green coverage are high,the region of low GDP has high strength absorption.The areas with higher carbon compensation rate are mainly located in the southeast and northeast regions,and the whole decrease from east to west,and form polarization with the degree of land use.(5)The value of carbon compensation in Guizhou province is obviously different.The carbon compensation mechanism can effectively form the two distribution of wealth among different regions,and promote the development of quantification of resource value and regional coordinated.Among them,the highest need to pay money is Yunyan District.Congjiang County and Majiang County obtain more compensation funds.According to the carbon compensation amount,they can be divided into key payment area,relatively balanced area,and key area.From the net carbon emissions,carbon emissions intensity and carbon compensation value relations,regional net carbon emissions and
