Carbon Emissions Perspective-based Regional Land Use Structure Change Research

Lots of greenhouse gas emissions causing global warming has become the main threaten to sustainable development of the world. Protecting the environment for human survival and reduce carbon emissions became the world's responsibility and common sense of human being. Many land research results show that the human activities and carbon emissions intensity is closely related with the methods of land use,the changes in land utilization is the second reason for higher concentrations of atmospheric carbon dioxide while the fossil fuel burning ranks the first. The development of human society came to life and death choice crossroads, energy conservation,emission reduction,low carbon economy become the focus of attention and inevitable choice. The land utilization come to less carbon emissions in the low carbon economy development mode.At present, because of the imperfection of the land management system, the land utilization plan, the market mechanism of carbon emission and the land ecology compensation system, lacking of the low carbon economy concept, the landing utilization shows the features of"high emission", the land utilization carbon emissions allocation is not reasonable, carbon emissions distribution is uneven, low efficiency. Reduce carbon emissions become a new research field of land use.Based on the land use of Guangxi beibu gulf economic zone as an example, combining with a low carbon economy and low carbon land use theory and research background of domestic and foreign, analyze the carbon emissions effect of different land use, from a low carbon economy development goals, incorporation the present situation of development and strategic goals, through the land use structure, scale, mode, distribution and control measures to discussed low carbon of land use patterns and countermeasures for Guangxi beibu gulf economic zone, forming the low carbon land use pattern to suitable for development: by the methods of land use change, optimize the structure of land use and layout, reasonable control land use scale, strengthen the policy guiding for land use, comprehensive use the land control measures and popularize the development concept of low carbon economy, finally, form the low-carbon revolution style and plan of the low carbon land use goal by reduce carbon emissions intension, increase the function of carbon sink and reduce the energy consumption of land use.
