Leisure Agriculture Planning In Xiesi Village Of Xinan County

The development of leisure agriculture is of great significance to agriculture industrial structure adjustment,rural labor transfer,increase farmers' income and the integration of urban and rural areas.Combined with relevant theoretical knowledge and make leisure agriculture planning of Xiesi village in Xinan County as an example,this paper mainly carries on the discussion and research on leisure agriculture planning through literature review,case analysis and field survey and other research methods,the specific contents are as follows.To know domestic and international development,characteristics and classification of leisure agriculture,as well as planning theoretical basis,and find the main problems in the development of domestic leisure agriculture through literature review.The selection of Yingtan Tourism Agricultural Park in Luoyang,Yunfu Mountain Ecological Park of Changqiao Town of Nanan Area in Chongqing,Fengxian Ecological Farm in Shanghai,Ginkgo Expo Garden of Guilin in China and Liyang Yuzhi Agricultural Ecological Sightseening Park as a case study,to draw the development of leisure agriculture can be used for reference from the development overview of park,planning layout,landscape effect,project activity settings and cultural theme applications,and so on.Based on the investigation and analysis of Xiesi village,it has natural resources,traffic location,social regulation and policy oriented four advantages,have the basic conditions for the development of leisure agriculture,suitable for developing leisure agriculture tourism activities.In view of this,mainly from industrial planning,road planning,landscape upgrade and service facilities etc,putting forward the “rural style rich,reasonable industrial structure,perfect supporting functions,convenient transportation,convenient production and living,clean village” planning objectives and “one center,two axis,four theme,eight partition and ten scenic spot” planning structure,and to provide guidance for the development of leisure agriculture at the Xiesi village and reference for leisure agriculture park planning of other types.
