Since the reform and opening up,with the rapid development of urbanization and industrialization in China, the phenomenon of cultivated land has been repeated, and the pollution of cultivated land has become more and more serious. These problems have seriously threatened our already fragile ecological security problems and food security problems.China is the world's most populous, rich in cultivated land and per capita cultivated land resources are scarce countries. The absolute quantity of cultivated land resources is relatively large, and the relatively small per capita ratio determines that China must take measures to conserve intensive land use and improve agricultural production efficiency. However,in recent years, with the large amount of mineral resources mining, the main grain producing areas and mineral mining areas overlap, mineral resources mining process of water pollution, cultivated land pollution and surface subsidence and other issues, leading to arable land quality and soil fertility decline,And ultimately affect the farmers in the vicinity of agricultural production income. Therefore,it is urgent to improve the efficiency of cultivated land utilization in mining area. The key is to carry out the study on the estimation of cultivated land use efficiency and its influencing factors in the compound area.Although the academic circles have carried out a large number of topics on the research of cultivated land use efficiency in the Mine-grain Mixed Zone, this can not meet the needs of the national socio-economic development. The relevant theory of cultivated land use efficiency and its influencing factors in the mining area is not perfect. This paper attempts to measure the efficiency of cultivated land use in the mining area and analyze its main influencing factors in order to provide some theoretical support for rural households' production decision. This paper takes the farmers of Dexing Copper Mine and its nearby village group in Shangrao City as the research object, and obtains the questionnaire survey data of farmers in Dexing Copper Mine.According to the different degree of pollution, the paper divides the labor and capital investment behavior of different types of rural households based on the prospect theory and the theory of rural households' behavior, and makes use of the stochastic frontier production function to establish the model of cultivated land input-output relationship.Using the Frontier4.1 software to estimate the parameters and calculate the farmland cultivated land use efficiency, empirical study and analysis of the efficiency of cultivated land and its influencing factors,to improve the efficiency offarmland utilization, and increase rural households' s income, which has great theoretical and practical significance. The main conclusions of the study are the decreasing trend of the non-polluted rural households, the lightly-polluted rural households, the heavily-polluted rural households and the seriously-polluted rural households. The trend of capital investment is decreasing, which reflects the previous prediction. The average use efficiency of different types of rural households was 61.86%,53.06%,57.93% and 50.40%respectively,which indicated that the average cultivated land use efficiency of different types of rural households was "N" type with the increase of pollution degree.Through the analysis of the stochastic frontier production function model,it can be seen that the fragmentation of cultivated land, the degree of education, the age of labor and the willingness of farmers to participate in pollution controlling are the main factors influencing the efficiency of cultivated land use.According to the conclusion of the study,we can take measures to improve the efficiency of farmland utilization in the following aspects:(1)To maintain the management mode of small rural households appropriately according to local conditions;(2)Vigorously improve the education level of farmers, implement the policy of agriculture for science and technology;(3)Formulate relevant policies and regulations to attract part of the young and middle-aged labor force back to engage in agricultural production activities;(4)The government should take comprehensive measures to actively control the pollution of cultivated land and mobilize the enthusiasm of rural households to participate in the activities.
