| With the continuous development of China’s economy,a large number of rural labor forces have been transferred,and the flow of rural land elements has been accelerating,and various large-scale business entities have emerged one after another.Coupled with the strong support of national policies,the implementation of moderate scale operations in agriculture is an inevitable trend in the development of agricultural productivity.Although some regions have achieved certain successful experience in the operation of agricultural land scale,they have not yet achieved the desired results in the face of the current needs for agricultural development.With the development of large-scale cultivation of arable land,many problems and contradictions have also emerged.This has greatly constrained and hindered the improvement of agricultural production efficiency.This is mainly manifested in: the impact of continuously expanding the scale of the traditional farming methods;the conflict between the limited household resources endowments and the willingness to continuously expand the scale of operations.Is there any blindness in the willingness of large grain producers to expand their business scale? Is there a difference in the production technology efficiency of large grain producers? What are the factors that affect the difference in production technology efficiency? How to choose the appropriate scale and achieve the optimal production and technical efficiency has become an urgent issue for large grain producers.Therefore,the main purpose of this paper is to explore the inherent changes in production technology efficiency of large grain producers at different scales,and to deeply analyze the factors affecting the production technology efficiency of large grain producers,and determine the scale of land management based on the optimal conditions of production technology efficiency.State,to avoid the blind expansion of planting scale,thus providing a reliable quantitative analysis of rural land circulation area;and to provide support for the production of large grain production decisions and improve the production technology efficiency of its scale operation.The specific research aims are as follows:(1)To measure the production technology efficiency of large grain producers with different scales,so as to reveal the changes in the production technology efficiency of large grain producers.In this paper,we mainly use the stochastic frontier production function(SFA)to determine the production technology efficiency of large-scale large-scale households.Analyze the difference between the large-scale grain production technology efficiency of different scales.(2)Make an empirical analysis of the factors affecting the production technical efficiency of large grain producers.For the differences in the agricultural production technology efficiency of large grain producers,it is possible to analyze the possible internal and external factors.Based on the determination of farmers’ production technology efficiency,this paper uses the restricted dependent variable Tobit regression model to analyze how the various factors affect the production technology efficiency of farmers.The results of the study show that the technical efficiency of the large and medium-sized grain producers is more evenly distributed,but they are more dispersed;while the large-scale large-scale grain producers have a relatively stable distribution of technical efficiency and a “trapezoidal” distribution overall.Large grain producers with lower than average technical efficiency levels still have much room for improvement;some scale farmers may have problems with production technology inefficiency,and farmers should not blindly expand planting scale.In the analysis of the factors affecting the production technology efficiency of large grain producers,factors such as the ratio of agricultural income to household income,capital investment by farmers,land management area,trust in surrounding villagers,scale of operation,and other factors affect the production technology efficiency of large grain producers.Significant positive impact;factors such as labor input,whether it is party members or village officials,topography of the reclamation area are negatively related to the production technology efficiency of large grain producers;the age of the head of the household,education level of the head of household,depreciation of fixed capital,participation The number of technical trainings and whether they have joined the agricultural cooperative organization have no significant effect on the production technology efficiency of large grain producers.Due to data limitations,the large grain producers surveyed in Anhui Province have microscopic cross-sectional data,which may have errors and lack of dynamic considerations of productivity and technological progress.Whether or not the conclusions are applicable will require further comparative analysis.With the current level of production technology,large grain producers with smaller scales of operation can increase their own production technology efficiency by increasing their land area and unit capital investment;Large-scale grain producers can relatively reduce their planting area.And capital investment,making the current input elements more efficient use. |
