| Up to now,quality management hasn’t been brought into development planning for many domestic software enterprises,in addition to lack of relevant awareness,which directly result the low investment of software quality management,and low level of attention,thereby,bring lots of negative effects to enterprise development.In order to further the development of software enterprise,it’s necessary to pay high attention to quality management.Driven by this demand,my thesis explore on the domestic and overseas quality management system,to find the popular quality management approach of current industry is to stay in the basic project management level.Although there are several enterprises have been carried out to the level of standardization of the organization process,only few companies apply quantification into quality management,and its related research is not mature.Under this background,quantitative process management of quality management is researched in the thesis,and put forward one set of complete quality management model,and the applicability of the model is verified by example.Specific work completed as follows:First of all,get CMMI4 requirements and priorities,and overall analysis found that its purpose is to solve the quality problem,meanwhile building process performance goals.For the sake of achieving the objectives,it must to define the methodology for quantifying the objectives.Then,build specific method and step for the code of conduct of CMMI4-based quality management model,which includes selecting business and quality objectives,establishing process performance baseline,and constructing performance model.Finally,do the example verification based on CMMI4 quality management model,to apply the model template to project.In this thesis,we focus on the control of code of conduct of software quality management process,to analyze the measurable project process data,then summarize the problems of software in process quality,and avoid the related problems in the next software development.To improve software quality,enhance the organization ability,increase customer satisfaction,and reduce software maintenance costs. |
