Based On Qfd Software Quality Assurance Model

With the variation and scale of computer software requirement, software qualities become more and more important. Though practice and the research of software engineering have gotten great achievement, software crisis is unceasing. The biggest problems that software enterprise facing is that customer are not satisfied with the product. One of the major reasons is that software quality assurance technique is still not perfect. In this article, some beneficial explorations were carried out, in order to overcome the related problem in the assurance models and quality system of software. The assurance model was tried to seek that can completely reflect and guarantee software quality through the comparison to related models. At the same time, some problems were studied in this model. It was explanted further through example researching.This paper put forward that QFD was used in during of the software development. Combining with second level management process of CMM and the requirement of total quality management, Quality assurance system of software was built. Quality guarantee actions were carried out at the beginning of software development.The main contents include:Firstly, different system and model of software quality assurance was compared in the paper. According to comparing various models under different background, model was studied in order to guarantee software quality and it made the base to research software quality model further. This paper put forward the integration concept system and model of software quality assurance that based on QFD, through discussing the relation among software life cycle, CMM second level management process and software quality guarantee.Secondly, on the base of analyzing key process areas of CMM second level and software life cycle, combination frame and specific implement step of them are given. The application idea of QFD in software development is put up, for the application of QFD in Object-oriented Analysis (OOA) method has been further discussed,and illuminating specific application process with "Housing fund management system".Lastly, according to the idea of total quality management and the three quality steps of Joseph M. Juran, the software quality assurance process model based on QFD is divided into the quality control of software, the quality plan of software, and the quality improvement of software. And the software quality assurance process that combines "Housing fund management system" process goes on example research really.
